It must be returned with the original packaging and all tags intact
Please email us at shoes@usneaker.com with your order number and a brief explanation for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Items purchased on final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
